In the country where the cow is considered sacred by many segments of the population, there is a commercial factor which does not correspond to this tradition, we are speaking of forecasts for India on the world market, predicting that this country is currently one of the largest producers of beef world, in a range of 29% increase in its production according to the forecasts of experts with a total of two million one hundred and sixty thousand tons.
The
model is updated thus increasing the demand for low-cost products,
which is encouraged or practiced by smaller markets sensitive to
price, increasing the opportunity for emerging, including Asia and
the middle east that give increasing demand for processed meat with
certificates and products, increasing growth opportunities for these.
The largest producers in the world, dominating this chart, are Brazil, Autralia, India and the U.S., which despite being the leader in this market, are with an expected fall in production this year by 4% relative to 11.3 tons, however forecasts benefit India in first and South America.
The estimates of production decline due to economic difficulties and others, like diseases and fall of economic stimulus, leave the U.S., this meta unhappy, reaching milk production, even with spectacular breeding and recovery of the sector related to disease of the tongue blue.
While Argentina is recovering, with expected something around 6%, about 2.8 million tons to Australia with this forecast high, with something about 2% from 2.2 million tonnes.
Paraguay 4% Urugai 3%, due to increased supply, and so forth, Russia should return to the rank of world's largest importer.
It should continue to recover according to the forecasts of experts in the same proportion in 2012, about 4%, on top of the current 1.5 million tons, Brazil, they say, can sell to markets that India does not have access, Russia and the European Union for reasons related to problems of total control and in combating FMD, according to the World Organization for Animal Health (OIE)
